This is the Consolidation phase. It helps you and your body to go back to a normal diet.
You reintroduce some food that where forbidden: bread, cheese, fruits and starchy food.
On Thursdays, you have to eat Pure Proteins only.
The Consolidation lasts 10 days by lost kilo.
For example, if you have to lose 20 kilos:
Let's say you lose them in 6 months.
Then you will have to do 200 consolidation days (10 days/1kg <---> 20 X 10).
That's no less than a year of diet.
You have to realize that time before you start the diet.
There is no miracle: it's not an easy and fast weight loss program.
