PHASE 4

 

 

The stabilization phase is the final phase but not the least important.

Doctor Dukan says that if you really want to keep the weight off, you have to also follow this phase.

This phase is a lifetime phase and consists of only 2 rules:

- the Pure Protein Thursday

When you do this, this will help your body balance what you eat the other days because you will be eating normal food.

- 3 tablespoons of oat bran each day

When you do this, this will help regulate what you eat during the day.
